Join us for Sunday Service at the beautiful Monachyle Mhor — a wholesome Sunday, where the focus is on connection, rest, and gentle renewal.
These gatherings are an invitation to move your body, rest deeply, take in the stunning landscape, re-invigorate in nature, nourish your belly, and meet like-minded people.

Yoga will be open to all levels, and guided with care.
Sunday 19th April will be hosted by Jules and the lovely Erin Kelly! 💛
What’s included:
A 90mins gentle flow with Erin & Jules blending meditation, yoga and a beautifully immersive sound bath.
Teachings woven with the roots of the practice and the healing power of sound
Held in the gorgeous Mhor Barn or outside with loch views (weather permitting)
Tea and snacks
Sauna: stunning nature immersion then outdoor sauna and optional wild loch dip (highly recommended!)
Wholesome, delicious lunch at Monachyle Mhor
Closing circle to gently integrate the day
