I’m a curious seeker, student and practitioner of yoga, sound and life.
A free-spirited Scottish lass who loves to travel, explore and immerse in different cultures, practices and experiences.

Happiest in nature, obsessed with music, ritual, story, and the healing power of human touch. These are the things that bring me alive, I feel things deeply — and how lucky that I get to share them with you! <3

My path here…

For years I had the big career — city life, working in the world of music, media, and events — but I was always seeking something different. That seeking, followed by the loss of my dad, had me questioning everything and yoga offered relief. This led me to explore the traditon of yoga more deeply. Since my first training in 2019, I’ve been on this path — one of bhakti (devotion).

I believe in the power of the heart. In softness. In staying connected — to ourselves, to each other, and to something greater.

In recent years I’ve explored and studied many yogic modalities. I’ve travelled solo through India, lived and taught in Sri Lanka, and immersed myself in Eastern practices. Still clinging on to my Celtic roots, I feel grateful to merge East and West in what I share.
