Monachyle Mhor is a stunning boutique hotel and restaurant on the banks of Loch Voil, Balqhuidder, Perthshire (around 1.5hrs drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh).
These gatherings are an invitation to move, rest, reconnect, re-invigorate, nourish your belly, and meet like-minded people.
Yoga will be open to all levels, and guided with care by Jules 💛
What’s included:
A gentle and nourishing morning flow with Jules blending meditation, yoga and a wonderfully immersive sound bath.
Teachings woven with the roots of the practice and the healing power of sound
Held in the gorgeous Mhor Barn or outside with loch views (weather permitting)
Tea and snacks
Sauna: stunning nature immersion then outdoor sauna and optional wild loch dip (highly recommended!)
