Corporate Wellbeing.
Life is busy. Work is busy. Our heads are busy.
Sometimes we just need to stop.
I create wellbeing experiences that give your work people space to step away from the usual routine, slow down, move, breathe, connect and hopefully leave feeling a little lighter than when they arrived.
It might be an hour of yoga and sound in the middle of a working day, a morning outside in the forest, or a whole day away from laptops, meetings and notifications.
No awkward icebreakers. No forced fun. Authentic and memorable experiences that help your people feel more connected.
A little less doing. A little more being.
Workplace Wellbeing
A proper pause in the working day.
I offer yoga and mindful movement, meditation, deep rest and sound journeys that can work as one-off sessions or as part of a wider wellbeing programme.
Everything can be adapted to suit your team, space and level of experience.
You definitely don’t need to be able to touch your toes.
Sessions can include:
Yoga & mindful movement
Meditation & Yoga Nidra
Sound journeys
Deep rest & relaxation
Team Experiences
If you’re planning a team day, event or gathering and want to do something a little different, this is where we can have some fun.
Depending on the people and the place, we can bring together things like movement, sound, forest bathing, meditation, cacao, singing, storytelling, nature and simple ritual.
Come with an idea, or let me create something for you.
Away Days & Retreats
Sometimes an hour isn’t enough.
I can create and facilitate half-day, full-day and longer experiences that give teams proper time away from the usual working environment.
We might move. Eat good food. Get outside. Sit around a fire. Make some noise. Be quiet. Have a sound bath. Walk through the woods.
It doesn’t need to be packed with activities.
Often the magic is simply giving people the time and space to be somewhere different together.
I can work alongside your chosen venue or help shape the whole experience, bringing in other brilliant practitioners where needed.
Why me?
Before moving into the wellbeing world, I spent many years working across events, partnerships, business development and relationship management, from radio and live entertainment to major events and international projects.
Since 2019, I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation, facilitating sound and wellbeing experiences and creating retreats in Scotland and internationally.
My work now brings those two worlds together, combining an understanding of people, organisations and events with years of experience in wellbeing and group facilitation.
My approach is warm, down to earth and informed by trauma aware practice. I create experiences that are accessible and inclusive. Above all, I care about creating thoughtful experiences that people genuinely enjoy and that have a positive impact on how they feel.
Let’s make work feel a little more human.
Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or you’ve just got the beginnings of an idea, tell me about your team and we can create something that works.
Available across Scotland and beyond.
