The beauty of technology allows us to stay connected and committed to our yoga practice.
Practising at home invites gentle accountability — a reminder to show up, move, breathe, and return to presence,
wherever we are in the world!

I know life can be full and unpredictable, but a regular yoga practice can help you regulate, recentre, and return to your true nature - which I beleive is peaceful, playful, and at ease!

Yoga is so much more than self-care — it’s a spiritual practice, a way of remembering who we are beneath the noise. It’s a living conversation between body, breath, and something greater — however you name it.

I offer two weekly group classes — join as a drop-in or through a block booking — or choose a personalised 1:1 home practice, pre-recorded and designed around your needs, so you can roll out the mat whenever it suits you.

If you’d love to practice live with me from home but can’t make the class time, reach out to arrange a weekly one-to-one session — a dedicated space created just for you.

Rise & Shine

Tuesdays · 7 am (UK time) · 45 mins · Live on Zoom

Begin your day with movement, breath, and intention.
This class is an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body and mind — expansive, fluid, and full of warmth. Move with the rhythm of your breath, connect to your vitality, and start your day feeling grounded, open, and alive!

Flow with Ease

Fridays · 9 am (UK time) · 45 - 60 mins · Live on Zoom

A gentle, grounding yoga flow to ease you into the weekend.
Expect mindful movement, steady breath, and moments of stillness — a practice to soften the edges of the week and reconnect with yourself.
Accessible for all levels, with plenty of options and space to move at your own pace.

While drop-ins are always welcome, I encourage you to join for a 6 or 10 week block.
This allows you to settle into a rhythm, deepen your practice, and feel the benefits of showing up for yourself each week.

Personalised 1:1 Yoga — Your Practice, Designed for You

We begin with an initial consultation (20–30 mins) to explore where you’re at and what you need — physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, I’ll create a bespoke recorded practice for you to keep: a flow designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward greater balance and ease.

Your personal flow will include a blend of yoga, breathwork and meditation — woven together with intention and care. It’s something you can return to again and again, at your own pace and in your own space. And when you’re ready for something new we can refresh it together.
