A Spring Renewal in the Highlands

15 - 18th May, 2026

Roots

Join me for a soul-nourishing long weekend in the Scottish Highlands. A place of wild beauty, deep peace, and instant renewal.

Relax, reconnect and be inspired on the most wholesome getaway - surrounded by beautiful company and the magic of my roots! The Scottish hills, lochs, and glens.

What to Expect

This retreat is inspired by the season of spring — a time of renewal, growth, and fresh energy. We’ll root and reset with nourishing yoga, wholesome food, and time in nature. We’ll lift our spirits with connection, music, and laughter.

Our home for the weekend is the most MAGICAL Highland hideaway, tucked away in nature with cosy, interesting design-led accommodation, a crackling fire, outdoor bath tubs and views that will take your breath away. It’s a very special place, a bit of the old with the new, I can’t wait to share it with you! The land feels alive — forest, hills, and wide-open skies — the perfect setting to rest, recharge, and come back to your true self.

  • Daily yoga sessions will be vinyasa and yin, heavily influenced by music/sound/nature.

Expect thoughtful, grounding classes that explore and explain the tradition in an accessible way, with options for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. Heart-led meditations, mudra, and mantra will add depth and meaning — offering inspiration you can take home with you.

We’ll practice both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of magical locations!

  • Beautiful, sacred ceremonies in Scottish nature will help you connect with the roots of Scotland and with each other — a gentle return to your true self. Expect fire, singing, sound jouney and more.

  • Plenty of time to rest - nap, take a bath, read a book &/or have some solo time in nature. Expect early nights and quiet, sacred mornings.

  • We’ll be spread across three cottages at Glen Dye, a private estate surrounded by wilderness in Scotland’s North East. Around 2.5hrs drive from Glasgow/Edinburgh.

Each property is unique in design — and just so cosy & cool!

You can choose private accommodation or share with a friend (or a soon-to-be friend). Each offers cosy comfort, beautiful spaces with shared living room and kitchen plus outdoor space and a hot tub.

You won’t necessary need the kitchen as we will be feeding you but lovely to make your own cups of tea when you need! And lets face it kitchen gatherings are always the best.

The estate itself is a magical Scottish wonderland, and we’ll explore it together.

  • Alongside yoga and nourishment, you’ll be guided through unique experiences: forest bathing, sauna & plunge, wild swim, sunset hike, and the joy of live Scottish music. And of course everything is optional!

  • Our in-house chef and friend, Ilona, will design a menu that’s colourful, delicious, and so nourishing. All meals will be vegetarian and YUM. Expect some interesting dining experiences as we explore the grounds together.

As always, food is at the heart of our retreat — right alongside yoga, of course!

Scotland is my homeland, and it always feels extra special to host a retreat here. The land holds such magic and rich healing powers. If the wind could speak, it would carry countless stories from our ancestors — but I think mostly it would whisper, ‘take a rest, pal’…

A Return to nature

The yoga and healing practices I share are rooted in Eastern traditions — wisdom passed down over thousands of years. But I also believe there is ancient wisdom here in the West that has been long forgotten, especially in my homeland of the Celts in Scotland.

Commercialism and consumerism may have pulled us away from our connection with the land but it’s still within us, deeply woven into our being. I feel our sense of belonging can be found — and answered — in the hills!

Over four days and three nights, I’ll gently weave together East and West with respect, gratitude, fun, and play.

Expect daily yoga, elemental practices, sound healing, massage, outdoor hot tubs, wild swimming, sauna and plunge, live music, nourishing meals, stunning landscapes, spacious rest, and exceptional company. The group will be kept small for deeper connection.

I really want this to be such a deep rooted experience where you feel nourished from the inside out!

This retreat is open to all — free spirits, kind hearts, curious seekers, those in need of rest, and lovers of nature. Everyone is welcome. ✨

💛

  • The retreat allowed me to release built up defences that were being stored as tension all over my body and I left feeling freer, more at peace with myself and calmer than any time I can remember. Jules facilitated an ideal balance of connection and reflection, and the experience is one of the most treasured weeks of my life.

  • It’s perfectly normal to feel a little nervous — stepping out of your comfort zone can feel daunting. My role is to support you in the most comfortable way possible while gently encouraging growth. Remember, everything is optional, and you’ll soon feel at home. I truly believe the world has never needed us to come together more, and this retreat is a safe space to do just that.
